The results from a recent Dayton Business Journal poll show that despite fewer flights than Cincinnati or Columbus, the local airport remains the hub for business travel.
In fact, 76 percent of the respondents say they typically fly out of Dayton on business. Both Cincinnati and Columbus airports garnered 12 percent of the votes.
The Dayton airport has seen a steady increase in passengers and has high expectations as Southwest Airlines gears up for more flights from Dayton as it merges with AirTran Airways. The airport also has been busy in the past year with a bevy of improvement projects.
